Nineteenth Annual · Marco Island, Florida
One night. Seven taverns. A poker hand built one card at a time — and every entry goes straight to a Marco Island child fighting a severe illness.
The kids we ride for
Every ride has a name behind it. These are some of the Marco Island children the Tour de Taverns has rallied around over the years — the reason we fill the taverns each December.

This year we ride for
Everyone, meet Mia Duarte!
She is 5 years old and suffers from cancer and has a bone marrow transplant scheduled. We will be riding for her on December 5, 2026.

No excuses
Island Bike Shop, Matt and Sharon Walthour's place, has one for you at NO CHARGE!
It's just $30 — and you get a cool shirt and a chance to win!
Yeah, me too — drive your car or hitch a ride with another lazy person!
It's going to be a blast!
We're riding December 5th for a local child suffering from a devastating illness.
Every year a new ride

Why we ride
The Tour de Taverns is the TBone Foundation's flagship event: a single December evening when Marco Island's favorite watering holes throw open their doors for one reason — to rally behind a local child living with a severe illness.
One hundred percent of entries and donations goes to that year's family, helping cover the medical bills, travel, and everyday costs that pile up when a child is sick. No corporate sponsors to please — just neighbors, a few hundred riders, and a town that shows up.
How the night runs
Your $30 entry is your donation. Pay by credit card online before the night or at the start line — it all goes to the family.
Every rider gets the official Tour de Taverns event shirt — a brand-new design each year, only available to entrants.
Roll into all seven taverns. At every venue you draw one poker card, building a five-plus-card hand as the night goes on.
The strongest poker hands at the finish line take home prizes. Best hand wins — bragging rights included.

The yearly shirt
Every entrant earns the official event shirt — redrawn from scratch each year and never reprinted. Wear it on the route, keep it as the badge of the year you rode. Past editions become collector pieces; this year's is yours the moment you sign up.
